Shrimp Stuffed Shells
Jumbo Shells Ricotta Parmesan Cheese Mozzarella Cheese Basil Shrimp Boursin garlic & herbs cheese Kerrygold garlic & herb butter Sugar 1 large egg or 2 medium eggs Garlic paste Italian seasoning Pepper Italian parsley Oregano Crushed red pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Damn Jam Seasonings all purpose seasoning Red pasta sauce Petite tomatoes • • • -Instructions w/. no specific measurements Mix ricotta, Boursin, seasonings & herbs listed (except the basil and sugar), and cheese together Boil noodles in olive oil Stuff shells with ricotta mix • Melt Kerry gold butter with garlic paste Mix red pasta sauce & petite potatoes Seasoning with all seasonings listed including basil and sugar Season shrimp with @damnjamseasonings all purpose seasoning Evenly lay red sauce on bottom of lasagna pan Place stuffed shells on top & add seasoned shrimp to each one Top with more red sauce and parmesan & mozzarella Bake on 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered Enjoy!
Soulful BBQ Chicken Pizza
Super easy, quick, & cheap BBQ Chicken Pizza! Great for the kiddos & game day! • • • Pizza crust The best bbq sauce on the market Damn Jam Seasonings “Soulful BBQ” Walmart’s shredded rotisserie chicken (in the deli section) Pizza cheese blend & mild cheddar cheese Fresh glitter, I mean parsley for color lol Can add onion or other veggies Bake for 15-18 minutes Drizzle BBQ sauce on top, slice & enjoy
Ingredients: 1 lb salmon .5 lb shrimp 8 oz crab meat (I got 2 crab cakes from Kroger because it was cheaper than packaged crab & the same amount of crab) 12 oz crawfish 1 bag of spinach 1 pack of cream cheese 2 cups of heavy whipping cream 1 pack of mozzarella 6 oz of parmesan Lasagna noodles Butter • • • Seasonings: Damn Jam Seasonings Seafood seasoning Cajun seasoning Oregano Italian seasoning Garlic powder • • • Seafood: Boil noodles until halfway cooked in olive oil & salt Cut your shrimp into 3s Season seafood to liking with listed seasonings except Oregano & Italian Sauté salmon first & cut it into chunks Add in shrimp, crawfish, & crab Let simmer while you prepare your sauce • Sauce: In a sauce pan combine 1 stick of butter & garlic (fresh or paste) Add in 1 pack of spinach until wilted Add in 2 cups of heavy whipping cream Add in cream cheese Add in Parmesan cheese Season mixture with listed seasonings (all) • Lasagna: Mix your seafood & half your sauce together Place chunks of your concoction on your half cooked noodles, careful not to fill the whole noodle Roll them up & place them into a baking dish/lasagna pan Top with the other half of your sauce Cover with mozzarella cheese Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly on 350 degrees Enjoy
